One of our top clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical care delivery, ensuring the highest quality of service for our residents. You will provide leadership and direction to our nursing staff, develop, and implement clinical programs, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated nursing professionals
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs and protocols
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
• Manage clinical budgets and resources effectively
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing in California!
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in skilled nursing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in developing and implementing clinical programs
• Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
